This artwork was created using 3 Images that I took while out on my Kayak on Hoover Reservoir. One was a tree that I have photographed many times that when the water is high seems to grow right out of the reservoir. This time however the water was low revealing a small island that the tree is centered on. The second image is that of Great Blue Heron that was perched on a tree trunk. After playing with the Tree and the Heron, the resulting image began to call out for a sunrise and I also used one of my sunrise images to begin the sky and sun. It all started to take shape into what has become one my favorite images!
